Gear tooth grinding

Bartolucci Srl specializes in tooth grinding for gears, for this we use a modern technique called Skiving.

This technology requires grinding operations to be carried out with hard metal hobs, rather than through traditional abrasive wheels.

The teeth grinding operations can be carried out on gears with straight teeth or helical teeth, and require the finishing of the tooth performed with CNC gear hobbing machines from 0.4mm to 2mm module.
